ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

All participants must be 21 years of age to attend class.

All participants must reside in the state of Indiana. 

​

Participants must register for class the 25th-1st of each month for our Bartender Basics Program. No exceptions. Please note, when booking, the FIRST day of the class session will be the only day to register online however, classes are 3 days long.

 

OUR BARTENDER SCHOOL

We are located Downtown, Indianapolis!

 

We have an accelerated bartender school program with each class session being 3 days long with 2-3.5 hours long each day.

All participants will receive a Bartender Kit, Employee Permit, Server Training, Trainee Manual and one month free Silver membership with HCBS. 

Virtual School Orientation will be offered twice prior to class session. Students MUST attend orientation. If student does not attend school orientation they will be ineligible to attend their scheduled class.

All deposits are non-refundable. If participants cannot attend their scheduled course, an additional deposit will be required for re-enrollment. 

 

Class Prices are also Non-Negotiable. Remaining balance for class must be paid 72 hours prior to attending class. If balance is not paid by the 72 hour deadline, the student will be unable to attend their class session. No exceptions. 

 

 You may not schedule to take a class on a day and time is it not listed online. Classes are held the 2nd and 3rd week of every month.
 

If you have your liquor license/bartender starter kit already you will still be required to pay class price.

You must be on time for class. If you miss more than 30 minutes of class time, then you have to reschedule for another class. No additional guests during class, this includes children.

RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW INFORMATION

If you must reschedule class, this must be done within one week prior to class date. An additional deposit will be required for re-enrollment. No exceptions.

If you cancel class/school orientation and/or do not show you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee along with an additional deposit. The fee must be paid prior to re-enrolling.
 

If you reschedule class/school orientation and not show to your rescheduled class/school orientation, you will be charged a cancelation fee of $20. You will also be forfeited from attending our program for 6 months. 

 

If you are enrolled for a Bestie Special Class and one person does not attend the scheduled class session, the partner will have to pay full price. Bestie Special partners MUST take the same class session. No exceptions.
 

COVID-19/Monkey Pox Awareness

All participants must wear a masks during class sessions and appointments. All participants must wear gloves during mixology practice at all times. HCBS staff will also be required to wear masks and gloves. Gloves will be provided free of charge. Masks are $5 per mask.

 

If you have COVID-19, you will be rescheduled to take class after 14 days. Participant must show a negative COVID-19 result 48 hours prior to taking the class.

 If you have the following symptoms of Monkey Pox below. You will be asked to leave our appointment or class session. If you are diagnosed, you will be ineligible to attend our Bartender Basics Program for 6 weeks. Please see symptoms below: Fever, Headache, Muscle aches and backache, Swollen lymph nodes, Chills, Exhaustion, Respiratory symptoms (e.g. sore throat, nasal congestion, or cough). A rash that may be located on or near the genitals (penis, testicles, labia, and vagina) or anus (butthole) but could also be on other areas like the hands, feet, chest, face, or mouth.
