All Event venues must be observed by House of Class Bartender School and Services as well as a taste test if client is providing hard liquor and requesting cocktails at least 3 weeks in advance of event date. Yes, we are insured! A virtual contract meeting is held with client and us where we will discuss event details, date time, drink menu and more.

We offer multiple bar packages to suite your event needs. Our Cash Bars range from $650-$2,250. Each package contains a bartender, beer, wine, bar back, bar essentials, glassware, and complimentary drink menu. Cash bars require your guests to pay for drinks during their event.

Our Open Bars are priced per person starting at $20-$30 depending on the package you choose below. Open bars are full beer, wine and alcohol. Permits are required for all full bars. Our Fancy and High Class Packages will add a $500 permit fee to your package. Our Elegant and Exclusive packages include the permit fee in the package.

All Bars require 50% of package costs paid within two weeks after contract meeting is held. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to event date.

Reducing alcohol and hours will decrease prices for any package.

Concierge Bartender Services

Fancy Bartender Package

25-50 Guests

For events with 25-50 guests. Service includes one bartender, cups, garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, and signature drink menu starting at $650 for a Cash Bar. Package includes 3 hours of service, beer and wine. Full Open Bars with beer, wine and cocktails are $20 per person for this package that includes a permit fee at an additional costs. Elegant Bartender Package

75-100 Guests

For events such as weddings, birthday parties, and special occasions with 75-100 guests. Service includes two bartenders, cups, garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, and signature drink menu starting at $1,900 for a Cash Bar. Package includes 4 hours, 3 red and 3 white wine and 3 domestic beers. Full Open Bars with beer, wine and cocktails are $30 per person for this package that includes a permit fee. High Class Bartender Package

50-75 Guests

For events such as weddings, birthday parties, and special occasions with 50-75 guests. Service includes one bartender, cups, garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, and signature drink menu starting at $1,200 for a Cash Bar. Package includes 4 hours, two red and two white wines and 2 domestic beers. Exclusive Bartender Package

150-200 Guests

For events with 150-300 guests. Service includes two-four bartenders, cups, garnishes, cocktail napkins, straws, ice, and signature drink menu starting at $2,250 for a cash bar. Package includes 5 hours, 3 red and 3 white wine and 3 domestic beers. Full Open Bars with beer, wine and cocktails are $30 per person for this package that includes a permit fee. Additional Bar Service

The price includes a 3 hourly rate, travel fee and fund fee. We recommend one bartender per 75 guests. Additional guests please book this service twice. Bartender will arrive with bartender tools, garnish holder.

Our Bartender Only rates are for events where you only need a bartender to service your event. We charge $15-25 per hour for bartenders depending on your event needs, hours and guests amount. All bartenders are insured and have the proper employee permit to serve your guests.
